SYBIL PEPPER-SPENCER is the founder of Adamite Kingdom Ministries, a non-profit organization with a mission is designing destinies. Adamite Kingdom Ministries’ primary focus is to enhance the lives of people in the African Diaspora by providing skillset training to secure basic needs.

Sybil has the unique ability to mentor people. Whether professionally or personally, Sybil can identify people in need of support and find a way to help them maximize the potential she sees in them, regain self-worth/self-confidence, and redefine their destiny. This has always been her passion. She doesn’t have to be that person there for a lifetime, she desires to bring enhancement to others during the time of their encounter.

Sybil has worked in corporate America for over 30 years with the last 25 years at Conduent, LLC where she leads a team of 15+ people around the world in developing Medicaid software applications. During this time, Sybil has dedicated herself to serving her community thru mentoring, leadership, and volunteerism. Her recent non-profit leadership roles include current Founder and President of Adamite Kingdom Ministries in Clarkston, GA, current President of Blessed Revelations of Nashville, TN, and former President of the Arabia Mountain High School Booster Club.
